• Our apartment is situated approximately 300m from the beach in Cavalière and was built in 1989.
   
• As the development is on an incline, the front door is at ground level and the rear balcony is on the first floor.
   
• The parking space is immediately outside the front door and is usually shaded.
   
• The apartment comprises one double bedroom, bathroom and separate w.c., a coin nuit with bunk beds and a living room.
   
• The living room has a double sofa bed, television /video / DVD. mini hi-fi system and a drinks cooler fridge.
   
• The kitchen area is in one corner of the living room and has a fridge, stainless steel sink unit, a two ring electric hob and an electric oven/grill.
   
• French doors open onto the balcony, which measures 8 square metres and is large enough to seat six people comfortably around the table.
   
• Off the hall is the coin nuit with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower fitting and a separate w.c.
   
• The apartment faces south and overlooks hills planted with trees and shrubs.
